Customer service is solely email based. Please allow up to 1 business day for a response to your enquiry.  

 

 


ORDERING/PAYMENT

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been received and a second email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive these confirmation emails, please check your spam or trash folder. If you are unable to find them there, please contact us at shop@thewitandthewill.com 

Orders placed before 1pm SGT are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 1pm SGT will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping). Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Please note that ALL orders ship from SINGAPORE and free shipping applies to ALL orders. ALL THE TIME!

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. Should you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to shop@thewitandthewill.com.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we may be unable to amend or cancel your order due to it already having been shipped. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.





RETURN POLICY 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your the wit and the will purchase. If you are not, please let us know. We work hard to create quality products and would like the opportunity to provide good customer service, so do give us a chance to resolve any issues. Please contact us at shop@thewitandthewill.com.

If you wish to return your garment, we will gladly accept returns on all full-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery (international orders included). The cost of returning the garment is the responsibility of the sender, the wit and the will do not offer prepaid returns. 

Simply send an email to shop@thewitandthewill.com so we can notify you of our returns address. All returning items must be in their original unworn, undamaged condition, accompanied by their original packaging, sash and bag. Items for return must be shipped within 14 days of receipt, any returning packages that do not meet these conditions will be returned to sender.

 

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable service when returning items as the wit and the will cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. 

 

Please allow 2 to 5 business days after the return package arrives at our warehouse for processing. We will notify you when a refund has been processed in your original form of payment. Once the refund has been processed, credit to the original form of payment usually appears on your account statement in 2 to 5 business days.
